When a client uses a Book button on my website, LensMind helps me keep their request, quote, and project details together.
I’m still testing where it can reduce repetitive admin and make booking easier for clients. I haven’t published measured time savings.
Before LensMind, booking details were spread across forms, DMs, payment tools, my calendar, and production notes.
That meant more back-and-forth for me and more chances for a client to repeat information.
- Every Book button on my website leads to the same request form. Clients can also reach me by email or Instagram.
- The date, location, budget, deliverables, and project notes stay attached to the same job.
- I review the job before an agreement or deposit is sent.
- A date is reserved after the agreement is signed, the deposit is verified, and calendar confirmation is issued.
- From there, I can keep production notes, proofs, delivery, and follow-up together.
