Los Angeles Fashion Week Photography Case Study
The Bureau Fashion WeekLos Angeles Fashion Week
Runway coverage from The Bureau in Los Angeles, including couture, sculptural looks, menswear, streetwear, and bold color.

What I covered
Cover very different designers without making the set feel disconnected.
The Bureau moved from couture and sculptural womenswear into menswear, streetwear, print, fringe, and formal looks. I wanted every designer to have a clear frame without making the collections feel alike.
I mixed silhouette, color, category, and movement so the final set shows the range of the show instead of repeating the same runway walk.

Red Sculptural Tulle Gown
A large sculptural look with enough room to show the full shape.

Emerald Corset and Feather Wrap
Strong color and texture in a centered runway frame.

Blush Feathered Ball Gown
Soft feathered volume and a full formal silhouette.

Champagne Plunging Gown
A final pose with a long column silhouette and restrained color.

Floral Winged Cape
The cape opens wide enough to show its full shape.

Red Sculptural Cage Look
A geometric red look that pushes the set in a more experimental direction.

Oversized Leopard-Print Coat
A bold menswear frame that breaks up the gowns and couture.

Patchwork Patterned Menswear
Coordinated print in a clear full-body frame.
Show the range
A multi-designer show should actually look varied. I change up color, category, structure, and silhouette across the set.
Keep the full look visible
Designers and models need photos where the full styling is still easy to see after the show.
Don’t flatten the collections
The photography can stay consistent without making couture, streetwear, menswear, and experimental design all look the same.
