International Runway Photography Case Study
AURA Zürich Runway ShowcaseZürich, Switzerland
Runway photography from AURA Zürich with full looks, movement, and a wide range of styling.

What I covered
Keep a mixed lineup consistent without making every look feel the same.
The March 7 show moved through metallic looks, white eveningwear, colorful embellishment, dark pleating, asymmetrical styling, and high-volume fabric.
I kept the framing consistent enough to follow the show while changing angles and timing to fit each look. Full-length frames show the clothes; movement frames show how the fabric actually behaves.
Selected Frames
AURA Zürich · Zürich, Switzerland · March 7, 2025

Cobalt Cape
A bold cape look with strong color and a clean runway-end pose.

Lavender Motion
The fabric hits full extension while the model’s posture and expression stay clean.

White Runway Line
A full-body white-gown frame with just enough movement in the walk.

Silver Architecture
A sculptural silver look showing the shape, layers, and surface detail.

Embellished Color
Color, jewelry, and pattern give the sequence a break from the cooler looks.

Orange Pattern
An orange-and-gold patterned look that shifts the palette.

Pleated Noir
A darker frame focused on body angle, pleated texture, and attitude.

Asymmetric Edge
An asymmetrical black look closes the set with a sharper, less formal feel.
Use contrast in the edit
I alternate color, silhouette, structure, and movement so a mixed lineup stays interesting.
Let the fabric move
When the fabric is the point of the look, I’m waiting for the moment it opens up and shows its full shape.
Show the whole look clearly
The image still has to show the garment clearly enough for designers, models, publications, and producers to use it after the show.
